Can you Help "Make a Difference"?

What do these things have in common?

·         Hurtful “putdowns” by a partner
·         Threats of physical or sexual harm
·         Being kept from family and friends
·         Assault (hitting, punching, pushing, shaking)
·         Forced sexual contact/activities
·         Feeling unsafe

They are all forms of Partner Violence

The Mothering Study wants to talk to mothers who have had first-hand experience with partner violence.  If you are a mother who had an infant while you were in a violent relationship and that child is thirty-six months of age or younger, we invite you to participate in this study.  We want your input and your ideas.  You can help make a difference for others who may experience violent relationships.  Participation is strictly confidential.  An honorarium of $25 for participation and child care will be provided.
